Do I need experience?+
No! Our guides give you a full briefing. The tandem tour is perfect for complete beginners — your guide paddles with you.
What should I bring?+
Just swimwear, a towel and sunscreen. We provide wetsuit, helmet, life jacket, paddle and boat.
Can I cancel for free?+
Yes — free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour. Full refund, no questions asked.
Is packrafting safe?+
Yes. All guides are certified whitewater rescue swimmers. Packrafts are extremely beginner-friendly and forgiving on the water. Life jacket and helmet are mandatory.
What's the minimum age?+
Whitewater tour from 14 years, tandem trip from 12 years (with an adult). Swimming ability required.
What happens in bad weather?+
We run in almost all weather — packrafting in the rain is an experience! Only thunder/lightning or dangerous high water triggers a reschedule.
