Getting Here by Car
Coming from the A12 (Inntal Autobahn), take the Haiming-Ötztal exit. Follow the B186 federal highway into the valley until you reach the town of Oetz. Continue on the B186 until you reach the toll parking lot for the Acherkogelbahn at the edge of town. From there, it’s a one-minute walk to our base near the Brandach Bridge on the banks of the Ötztaler Ache.
Traveling by Public Transport
Regular trains run from Innsbruck Central Station and from the Tyrolean Oberland to the Ötztal-Bahnhof stop. From there, take regional bus line 320 toward Obergurgl and get off at the “Gemeindeamt Oetz” stop. From there, it’s about a 6-minute walk to our base near the Brandach Bridge on the banks of the Ötztaler Ache.
Getting Here by Bike
The new, continuous Ötztal Bike Trail has recently opened, making cycling in the valley even more appealing. Starting in Haiming (670 m), the route offers a leisurely ride to Oetz (812 m). Our Whitewater Base Oetz is located directly on the bike path and is therefore easy and convenient to reach—perfect for anyone who wants to combine their whitewater adventure with a bike ride.
